New lawn pending

The job involves re-leveling the lawn and preparing the soil for re-sowing. The lawn size is "L" shaped and I calculate as 57 sqm. It would be 8m * 8m if square. I have sprayed and killed the old grass several weeks ago and also have done some of the re-levelling with an under-powered rotary hoe. I am happy to hire a more fit-for-purpose rotary hoe (actually have one booked for Saturday). I imagine the job might take 4..6 hours.
