Cut away 12 metre long seat backing so that pool fence is compliant to regs.

Heavy wood planks need to be dropped by about 100mm, so that the pool fence is compliant with council regulations. This will probably involve using a chainsaw/skill saw to trim the top of the seat backing and hollow retaining wall, so that the heavy wood planks are supported at a lower level. The job should be able to be done without lifting the heavy wood planks, but to tilt them against the fence as in the photo. Photos are attached.
