Garden makeover for bungalow

Hi I’m looking for a friendly landscaper to pull out and replant the existing “garden” at the front of the house and brick walled spaces by driveway entrance I’m looking for something with symmetry and a formal feel but low maintenance. Also to install some irrigation next to house. The challenge is a neighbour’s tree that shades one side of driveway.
