Front Garden / Entrance / remedial work

A build will be in process on the rear of the site soon we will need to access the existing dwelling from the front door it would be good to enclose the front garden I have some rocks we could repurpose I have two large gates (previously on the driveway) we could repurpose we need to create some privacy from walkers by given the style of the house, happy to consider rocks, fence, hedging. prefer to have greenery in outlook from house happy to consider two stages for this, before and after site works gas line in situ water mains will be redirected by plumber soon and will cross corner near meter lowest weatherboard = rotten pile in corner needs something under it, ideally before new drive laid driveway will be dug up and relaid Advice and suggestions welcome Thanks.
