Digging Trench for swale drain

I need someone who can dig a swale drain (trench) by hand along the red line in the photo (it is approximately 6m). The trench should be shallow at one end and slope down to a stormwater drain at the other end. The deep end could be 300mm plus. We estimate that it will take someone 4 or 5 hours with a spade. The earth can remain on site.
