Invisible manhole covers (paved or decking based)

To qualify for this job you need to have an experience in covering manhole covers in a way that still makes them accessible for yearly inspections, however this cannot be just putting a planter over it, as I have already done this myself, but it's not a solution enabling me to use the backyard. One of the manholes is approx. 670mmx770mm so you can't use Wundercover, but would have to be a custom made frame if you'd do this with pavers. I am also open to some kind of a floating deck solution with a hatch, as long as it is tidy, strong as surrounding decking, and can be lifted by one person. The landscaper who is a very nice guy and did two jobs for me previously, that I was in discussions about doing this job disappeared out of a sudden/not contactable at all, so now I am looking for plan B as I want to get my backyard completed by December. The covers are not the only thing I'd need help with, but if you can't resolve this in a satisfactory way, then the backyard landscaping simply won't happen.
