Deck modification and addition of hedge

We would like to put a hedge down the side of the house for privacy (about 13 metres). We have pulled up the decking boards next to the fence and can see there is different types of foundations and supporting beams so it might require moving these to plant the hedge. We would like advice about what to do and ideally someone who can do the job.
