Preparing and laying ready Lawn and tidy garden

I have a small triangle garden, about 5 x 9 mt, that desperately needs to be re-lawned and cleaned up before Christmas. I have sprayed the grass as it was 99% weeds, and now need someone to dig it over, maybe put in some drainage if necessary and then lay the lawn. I could also use some help with cleaning up the Flax, spraying a large Yakka and other tidying up. Please can someone help me?
