Reinforcing grass to allow for parking and driving

We are looking for someone with experience with a product like Strol Surepave or Jakmat with grass on top. We are wanting to reinforce an area of about 35m square of existing grass. It needs to follow the existing contour (mostly flat) so that water run-off from the back yard doesn't pool or cause issues. Also looking for advice on the best time to do this in terms of the new grass taking (turf) or growing (seed). There is good, flat access to this space via our (quite) wide driveway.
