Lynfield repairs

I have to do repairs due to the storm. My insurer is only going to cover the internal damage. They determined that the retaining walls, concrete crack and damage to the exterior cladding was not due to the floods they were not included in the scope of work for remediation. They mentioned these should be fixed first before remediating inside..... it would involve removing the existing retaining walls and concrete, put new retaining wall posts and palings and then reconcrete the path. Would you be able to do this job? If yes, could you come and give an idea of the costs as well as let me know by when you would be able to do it.
