Boundary fence with new path, planter boxes and deck revision
Job description
work to do: 1. Replace boundary fence. 23.5 m, 1.8m paling fence with cap 2. Replace and extend back deck to fit spa pool: existing deck 2.6 x 6.1 on 2 levels. Make it one level 3.6 x 6.1 and strong enough to support spa pool. Possibly extend deck further to accommodate 4m x2.1m swimming pool (TBC). 3. Cover concrete path at side of house with new steps, maybe wood to fit with fence and deck. 4. Replace current 2 plantar boxes with 3 smaller plantar boxes along fence line. Angle the boxes to get a straight path/steps. 5. Replace gate at bottom of path to deck (2m width). 6. Add an extra step by compost bin next to deck – maybe cover whole concrete area next to deck to tidy it all up. Optional depending on cost 1. Redo front path along house and maybe cover existing concrete with wood like the deck 2. Redo garden borders at front of house to fit with the new fence and path. Work to be done as soon as possible
