Backyard topsoil to be replaced with Gap7 and white chip
Job description
We have a flat area behind a new house - Approx 4m x 3m It has been topsoiled over a clay base. It is apparent that grass will not grow and the area is wet. We need the topsoil and clay to be removed to a depth of 150mm. A length of nova coil to be run from one end to an existing new plastic cesspit at the other end of the space. Then 75mm of Gap 7 and then 75mm of white chip . Pavers to be reinstalled. There isn't room for any machinery, so work would be hand digging and barrowed or bucketed to a bin at front of the house. I can install the nova coil if required, once topsoil and clay is removed.

Great work by Mark. A backyard with poor drainage had to be dug out by hand and bucket due to the access. Mark then installed drainage coil , scoria and white chip. Looks good and drains well. Thankyou. Highly recommend
