Clearing Dirt for Deck

Hi, looking at putting a deck around the rear side of our pool. the deck is going to be flush with existing concrete, so i need to dig down and remove some dirt 3-400cm down .. i'd say its around 20-25m2 area all up. ideally, team of guys with spades and shovels to come and give it a go would prob knock it out a lot quicker than me and my lone spade... i dont have good access out the back so i don't think i can get a digger in.. maybe only 800 wide entrance. the below picture - first one highlights area where deck will be and where dirt and a small amount of old concrete need to dig down for the deck joists.. also, if someone wanted to help with post holes for deck.. i have a small 2stroke post hole borer here. dirt can be piles up on site but if someone can give me a quote to ditch it that would be good too.
