Permanent planter boxes

The job has 4 parts: 1. Remove the backs of old planter boxes and remove soil and some building rubble. The soil can be stored on my lawn, the building rubble has to be taken to concrete recycling station or transfer station. 2. Remove old tree stump and roots (see photo). 3. Construct and install two planter boxes, each about 3.6m long by 0.5m wide by 0.8m high. They won't have bottoms, only 4 sides so plant roots can grow down into the substrate soil. It is therefore a fairly permanent installation using well-treated timber. When completed, fill them with the previously removed soil. 4. Remove the backs of two other existing planter boxes which are rotten and restore with new timber.
