Lawn patching

Hi there I am getting my house ready to put on the market and have a small lawn that is quite patchy. I have been trying tp grow the grass from seed myself but it comes through full of weeds. When I have tried to kill off the weeds it has tended to kill off the good grass as well. It's time to get in the professionals! I think you would need to come and have a look at it in order to quote. Location is Ellerslie.
