Hide a backyard water tank with trellis

We have a small backyard, new build type back yard and want to hide the watertank, with perhaps trellis or paneling. Build a small patio, (width is narrow) that we can put a couple of chairs onto. This would be built out from existing deck to the back fence plants, perhaps 2 metres max. Couple of railway sleepers or similar and pavers or stones. Ideally someone who isn't too busy so we can get this done by Christmas
