Job description
Work Scope (not in order) 1. Level out each grass section (marked in green in sketch) 2. Install roll-out grass 3. Install two retaining walls about 600mm high 4. Install steps next to the retaining wall and another at the end of the strip 5. Install fence (section in orange must reduce road noise, section marked in pink doesn’t have to reduce road noise) 6. Install double opening doors at the end of the strip 7. Install irrigation around perimeter, marked in blue 8. Install water supply box, which holds values 9. Install IP rated power box to hold a 230V socket and space for small devices 10. Install pot plants My draft design sketch is provided. I will consider any better design ideas

The quality of their work was amazing, did everything I wanted to a very high standard. It was a very tricky site with a lot of services and they didn't break any. The fence they quoted on wasn't available so they had to source a more expensive but better quality one. Then they miscalculated its cost so on the final day I leant I had to pay another $3k. They seemed very honest so I agreed to pay it. This was annoying but overall I'm glad I used them for their work quality.
