Prepare and hydroseed 55sqm section

I am looking for a quote to hydroseed my property in Mt Roskill. The area is 55sqm and the old vegetation is already sprayed dead but the soil is clay and quite dense so the site would most likely need to be loosened up with a rotary hoe and some top soil applied before the seeds can go on. Please include a rough estimate in your response so I know whether it is worth talking further. Many thanks
