Tait St landscape touch up

I have a newly built home that I am preparing to sell. The landscaping needs some final touches to give it “street appeal”. Small strips by carport and fence are bare earth, as well as larger area by drive. Small exictsing gardening needs taming. Photos attached, but easier. To see on site. I am open to proposals that are cost effective and can be completed in a timely fashion. Best to message me online during work hours since I struggle to pick up the phone.
