Hard Road Concrete and Civil responded quick, and although the most expensive of 3 quotes we chose the company as they stated 25yrs experience and as concrete is permanent we wanted a professional job . 20m x 2.4m path, exposed aggregate, black oxide. Due to the fact that they poured the concrete in two separate pours a week apart we have ended up with a path that is two different colours and two levels of exposure of the aggregate. This job was 4 cu met of concrete, neighbours had 17cu met poured in a day with bad access so not sure why Hard Road Concrete and Civil selected to pour ours, a much smaller job, in 2 pours? Hard Road Concrete and Civil have said they can fix it, but it took a week for a reply to request for a solution, they advised when they would be round and have now missed that deadline. Our efforts to work with Hard Road Concrete and Civil towards a resolution have not been successful due to their lack of communication. We can’t continue with our landscaping until we know where we are heading and anyone who sees the path comments on the difference. Also left concrete to dry on our drive way, cleaned wheelbarrows on newly laid lawn, left concrete waste in garden and managed to splash concrete up side of house?

"Unfortunately in our line of work, we sometimes have the misfortune of working with some negative people.From day one we offered to fix and make the job wright,then we where hit with legal action,now this negative review,this will not help to get a quick positive out come,witch we would like."
