Small hard and soft landscaping

Have existing 'cottage' front garden with golden elm. Most plants are end of life but some could be saved/relocated. 2 small paths need to be created to connect front porch with existing path and driveway. Driveway has small strip each side for potential plantings. Front porch is sectional concrete but one sections has slumped slightly so need solution for that. Would like to get work done in Spring but unsure of what is realistic budget Thx Shane
