Landscaping for new built

This so regarding some landscaping we'd like to have at house under construction in mt roskill. I've attached a sketch of my ideas and ground floor coverage. There are some dimensions to give idea of the area to cover. All four sides of house will need some form of landscaping. One aspect to point out is that we require that any overflow of water should pass from all sides of house to the north east side. The front of house is faceing north. This was suggested by our site engineer in a letter to council. Would like to meet on site at the earliest time. Also request before we meet with that you review my plan.
