Replace Swampy Grass Patch with Paving

See the attached image. That small piece of grass ON THE LEFT does not drain well and is constantly muddy. It runs right next to our drive way and so this also makes getting in and out of the cars difficult too, as we can't walk on it. Same with walking to the front door, we need to go around it. I would like to look at paving it. Someone also suggested maybe laying "mograss"? (grass that doesn't grow?) down and then putting pavers over the top. I guess this would retain the grass look but also stop the muddiness? Anyway basically want to fix the problem so we can actually walk/use that part of the land and IT MUST ALSO LOOK GOOD!
