Catproof outside enclosure

I need a catproof enclosure constructed in my backyard. As this is a rental house it must be completely reversible/removable without damaging the house or garden. Hopefully it would be at least 6m by 6m. Perhaps something made out of wood and chickenwire with just netting over the top? I have seen some enclosures overseas that use half-cut PVC pipes attached to fences which cats apparently cannot climb over (too slippery for claws)
