Removal of phoenix palm

I'd like to remove the phoenix palm that's in the middle of my backyard, as pictured. There's no vehicular access down the side of the house - it's a walking path only. Ideally looking for someone to fell the tree, take the waste, and grind the stump. But, depending on price, we may just stick to felling the tree and I'll do the rest. Located in Grey Lynn, Auckland. I'm home from work tomorrow (Monday) so if you want to come 'round to take a look, tomorrow would be a good time. Otherwise, Wednesday/Friday evening, or next weekend. Thanks Karl
