Front Garden leveling and herb gardens

Level the ground to achieve a very defined two-level garden area, at the same height of the floor. Link the elevated level with the ground level with stone steps - will likely need a retainer as well. (Photo 2) Build two herb gardens with stone finishing on both sides, approximately 3800 L x 900 D x 200 H. (Photo 1) Build another herb garden of 7600 L x 900 D x 200 H from the party wall, enclosing the trunk of the palm tree. (Photo 3) Would welcome ideas on the whole project in regards to styling, landscaping etc...
