Lay Artificial Grass on Fibrolie Deck

I want to lay artificial grass on a fibrolite deck approx 3 metres x 5 meters. I have waterblasted to remove any loose/peeling paint. Gaps/joins will need to be filled with silicone before applying a sealer to waterproof before laying the grass. Photos attached. I have purchased the grass, joining tape and sealer. Have not purchased other materials, eg glue, silicone, at this stage. Address in Massey, West Auckland.
