Landscaping for Summer

I have a large back yard which is quite ugly and have not maintained it at all over the years. I am planning to put a 3mX6m greenhouse in one section so need the ground leveled and also want to create some garden beds for the rest of the property. Create footpath as well. Chopping and removing away unwanted stuff. I will have a big bin available for the rubbish. Location is New Windsor, Auckland.
