we have a reasonably flat area that (we believe) needs topsoil prior to laying ready lawn. area is roughly 115 sq metres. We want someone to get the topsoil, spread it over area and lay the ready lawn. current state is dead weeds over lawn that have been cut back with edge trimmer.
