GardenTidy for House Sale - Meadowbank

Our house is going on the market next week and we need a lot of leaves cleared from around garden, lawn, house and retaining wall moats. Also removal of garden waste "compost" pile plus an ongoing fortnightly garden tidy. Fortnightly maintenance includes mowing very tiny lawn, the trimming of any hedges, bushes, shrubs, branches if it seems necessary plus any weeding. All garden waste must be removed from the property. Occasionally perhaps every 2-3 months some lawn fertiliser and weed spraying around the property. This more necessary if house doesn't sell.
