Retainer replacement

We moved some soil at our backyard in 2001. This was close to the retaining wall. Now we would like to tidy this up, by replacing the retaining wall. This will be approximately replacing the retaining wall of about 9 meters long and about 2.5 meters high. Also to replace the fence on top of the retainer. If all going well we would like to add a deck of about 5 x 5 meters close to the retainer.
