40 sqm Undercover outdoor area to granite pave + 15 steps to mortar lay pavers

We have an outdoor area with 15 concrete steps to cut and mortar lay granite pavers on and another 40 sqm of outdoor area for granite pavers on a sand bed. The outdoor area apart from the stairs is under cover so no probs with rain. The steps are currently concrete and a bit uneven and will need an experienced layer to cement mortar so everything is level and to council regs. The 40 sqm is prepped already with compacted gap ready for sand. The granite pavers and cement /mortar are onsite already. Needing the laying sand (approx 1sqm reqd). Job start in 1 to 2 weeks. Must have a bridge saw or wet tile saw for cuts.
