Sad Garden and Outdoor Area need a makeover

Home Reno is finishing at the end of September. The outdoor area needs to be re-done. Remove a 17 sqm deck and build a new 25-30 sqm at the front of the house. some small stairs/or a deck at the back of the house. Potentially including re-do retaining walls. small outdoor area (front of the house, back yard (less then 20 sqms), some garden box between the house and the bush fence. on a slop and front yard (existing plants already). Not looking for fancy design company, just want to deal with the doer/doers directly, Payment on Fixed agreed quote. Material + Labour or Labour only.
