Replacement retaining walls
Job description
We’re needing to replace an existing retaining wall that is essentially two tiers. First tier approx 8 x 8m, next tier approx 5 x 5. It is deeper on one side than the other so wall will need to be built up higher on one side. There are railway sleepers as retaining walls at moment but they are rotten and are giving way in places. Access to area is by side gate only so you’d need to use equipment that can get through a gap of no more than 1.1m wide. No dirt will need removing, if anything we may need some topsoil to fill up the tiers a bit.
