Landscape preparation, construction, concrete plinth and paver laying

We have a landscape design prepared for our back garden, for which we need all the preparation and construction including concrete pad and paving. I have attached the drawings as photos (but would supply PDF files of actual drawings once engaged). Some of the garden beds are already existing, some are new. In addition to the plans attached, some further notes: 1. clothes line - this will be manufactured elsewhere, but we will require installation. - we live in an area with some volcanic rock so we are unsure how deep we can go. So some initial exploratory holes where the poles will be located are the best place to start. If its too shallow (less than say 800mm deep), we need to change the methodology to tie a footing into the bedrock and change the design of the steelwork. Ground work prep: - Create garden beds where not already existing - Spread 100mm deep layer of compost over the garden beds and cultivate in. that includes between the house and side fence and house and front fence - Pavers will be supplied. All else materials and labour - We will check we have electricity connection from house to connect to wiring as drawn so we can get a few lights around the edge of the lawn and that this is on 1 or 2 circuits wired in to switches - To seal the concrete plinth we will specify a product. We can supply it if you apply it - No plant purchase or planting required, our current plan is to handle that ourselves Concrete plinth: - to be built as specified - we will supply acid wash (for cleaning the exposed agg finish to the concrete plinth) - we want to source a green natural product rather than the usual nasty acid product that poisons the soil Front garden: - The drawings for this are still in progress, but this could be 'part 2'.
