Rejuvenated Deck and new garden path

I've got two decks that need rejuvenating. I'm guessing sanded down, oiled, with new railing. Estimate size of both decks combined 25m2. I've got a sloped garden path that needs replacing. Previously paved stones, this time I'm thinking proper steps that last. Probably 12m total. And lastly I've got a hedge that needs planting. Clear current site and replace with Laurel hedge approximately 10m. All materials will need to be provided. I've provided photos of one of the current decks along with ideas for the path and new deck and hedge. On a tight budget so please keep this in mind.
