Landscaping - weed mat and wood chip

We have a raised garden area approximately 40m2, irregular shape. The garden has trees which will stay, but has no plants in it. There is very a thin layer of soil and some ratty old weed mat. We’d like the following done: - strip off top layer and old weed mat and dispose off site, - supply and lay new weed mat over the area, - pick up wood chip (free and accessible with trailer about 500m down the road) and spread over the area.
