Hi there, We are wanting to raise the height of our lower lawn to the height of the upper lawn to increase the total area and also build steps down from our deck down to the new lawn. This requires a 1m high retaining wall that has a length of approximately 10m, wooden stairs to the deck and stairs to the lower level and drainage. Once the retaining wall has been built the area needs to be backfilled with dirt however there is limited access so this may need to be brought in by conveyor or other. Road access is above the site so a temporary chute may be viable. NB. No digger access. Photo of intent attached. Red line indicates retaining wall, green is wooden stairs to deck, yellow is stairs to lower level, and pink is area to be backfilled. (Please ignore trampoline :))
