Require a new retaining wall in uc post (max 1.8m high) along the existing house, approx 12m long. Also timber retaining wall for a car parking space (max 1.7m high), approx 14.5m long. Garage to be demolishd and all dirt taken away. Then excavate the area. Plans and details available. Expect to start in 2 weeks.
