Garden landscaping and fencing

Looking for quotes for the following (and advice), depending on cost I'll decide which bits I can afford to get done now and which I might need to postpone. Possible budget up to $10,000. Back garden - wanting to remove magnolia and pukka tree and some flaxes, get 2 more raised boxes built, make 2 bordered beds (? macrocarpa edging) and advice on planting, ? raise height of fence for privacy after removing trees, ? remove concrete slab. Front garden - remove hedge between house and the tree, build fence at top of slope and between houses with built in letterbox, advice on what to plant on the slope to make it minimal maintenance.
