Urgent job to create gap between soil and house and install boarder / retainer

Hello! We have soil against the side of the garage wall of the house that needs to be dug out and have a boarder installed to ensure an airgap between the soil and the house. The soil against the House is causing a high moisture reading in a pre sales inspection, so this urgently needs to be remedied.
