No discussion about reusable uplifted brick pavers,garden stones,and left over new pavers ,removed a plant that was perfectly okay to leave and hiding a now exposed meter box, 1x of 3 $113 plants (2nd) said would take a photo & send to supplier (should just replace it no question) used our bin to get rid of polystyrene rubbish,we had to repaint garage floor left muddy and scratched .Paid in full on time to just get the job finished.I felt if job was in Remuera more effort would have been taken.

"From time to time you get a customer that can't be pleased despite all efforts. Pavers and stones went to the hard filled tip as no one would take them. We replaced plant with one that fit in with her property as agreed beforehand. Complained about a plant which was a slightly different height to the others. Offered to replace. We took all her junk away for next to free and used her bin for lunch etc as disscussed. Job was finished well before we got paid. "
