Garden soaker hose repair and extension

I have an existing garden hose going over three-level garden, mostly shrubs. It seems that there are some holes in a hose, some sprinklers may need re-adjusting and I would also like to extend the existing garden hose network so that it reaches all areas of the garden. Thank you.
