Drip hose fix and replace ?

Would like to replace or repair our fairly inconsistent drip line around our property in St Albans. Keen to know cost and options to change part or all to spray/ mist line or just to fix drip. I have some parts but none of it is functioning well. 99% of the drip line is above ground so not difficult to access. Section is only total anyway so not a huge job..conduit is in place a all concrete pathways so that’s simple too.
