Modify existing irrigation system

I am looking for someone with suitable experience to modify an existing irrigation system. Essentially, I need a feed from the house to be moved to the tap of the studio (minor dwelling) with a view of moving it back when renovations of the house is completed. I am also looking at integrating the water pump and rain tank into the system. I have the tank and know which pump I want. Experience with pumps, rainsaver valves and water tanks is required.
