Fit my lifestyle into 55 sq meter new build apartment

I need a design and plan for 55sq meter 2 bdrm apartment. - Minimalist looking bedroom (with my maximalist stuff hidden not eliminated) - Plastic fantastic bathroom ripped out, new tiles wet room design. ( I'll do the work but I need help with the tile choices). Would like to put in a Japanese hinoki bath I'll build myself. Bathroom is a priority as I want to do this before I move in. Want to start tiling in approx 3 weeks, so bathroom design before then. - Design for multi purpose spare room that incorporates yoga hammock and woodworking hobby. - Cohesive design for open plan kitchen lounge areas. I have some art a couple Danish modern furniture pieces but otherwise not wedded to any of my existing furniture. Won't know my budget till after settlement in a couple weeks time so may have to start with design and execute in stages. - Like texture, deep gem colours, and plants. Like sitting in the sun and watching movies. - Don't like knicknacks, vases, flowers, cream/beige/pastels, gold or anything suburban. If you need to dust it leave it out of the design.
