Grannyflat and garage renovation

Hi, I’m after a person who can draw up plans that aim to renovate our downstairs area of our 1960’s home. We would require design, consent and build. I have a rough idea of what I need and want, but need to know if all would be possible within our budget . our house will require an engineering report too with having to replace beams with steel beams I’d imagine. We are wanting to convert our carport and underground area of our house into a BnB with lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite, aswell as add plans for a double garage if possible. In addition we are wanting a large deck build for the upstairs area of our home which would require consent for overhanging a steep bank. These could be two separate projects dependant on budget but need them both included in consent.
