Interior Design for ground floor area with limited budget

Hi, We are looking for a designer who has a great sense of interior design and knows the material market (i.e ideas of where we can purchase the material for the design). It is going to be a general advice on our ground floor area. We have painted the wall, laid new flooring, purchased the sofas set. Need advice on how to put the furniture together for the best use and best look of our living room, also on some decoration ideas (shelving etc), and the future paint color of our kitchen to match with the new flooring.
