Prepare this room which has had the pelmets removed for painting.

This room had pelmets over the windows which have been removed. The wallpaper has been partially removed and we would like someone to finish the work to a clean finish so that we can paint it. There is probably a need to replace two of the gib panels and we would like an electrical outlet extended from the next-door bedroom. Room is 2500W x 3600L x 2400H with two windows as per the photos.
