The house is one storey timber frame structure with brick veneer. It has suspended timber floor on piers with a concrete perimeter wall foundation. There are two cracks on the wall foundation. Besides the cracks, there are small gaps at the joists of most window frames. There's a crack above one bedroom's door frame. Can the cracks on foundation be left unfixed? and how serious is the crack above the door frame? Please give your quote.
